This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Propel the growth and competitive edge of the exchange's trading operations through strategic initiatives and market development.
• Formulate and implement liquidity strategies aimed at improving market quality, trading efficiency, and the overall user experience.
• Keep track of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to facilitate product and business growth.
• Contribute to pricing, incentive structures, and commercial strategies across trading products.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to aid in the launch, enhancement, and management of trading products and services throughout their lifecycle.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and institutional clients to achieve business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure prompt communication of essential operational and product updates.
• Analyze business performance metrics and market data to identify avenues for growth and operational enhancements.
• Expertise in Trading & Traditional Finance — comprehensive understanding of trading mechanics and the structure of traditional finance markets (many Futures-related initiatives intersect with TradFi).
• Proficiency in Technology — comfortable collaborating with tech teams on system upgrades and client-focused projects; able to interpret and comprehend API documentation.
• Experience in Client Relations — adept at managing daily client communications and maintaining relationships.
• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with vendors, brokers, market makers, and institutional partners.
