This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Success teams to enhance deal strategies and customer outcomes within a specified territory or segment.
• Facilitate discovery discussions to grasp customer workflows, operational hurdles, business objectives, and technical specifications.
• Create and present customized product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to customer requirements.
• Convert customer specifications into scalable, value-oriented solutions that promote business growth and operational efficiency.
• Assist in advancing and finalizing deals by addressing technical, operational, integration, and implementation aspects.
• Impact revenue results by enhancing win rates, deal velocity, product adoption, and overall customer assurance throughout the sales journey.
• Act as a trusted advisor for prospects and clients by offering strategic insights and product knowledge.
• Engage in customer-facing activities such as webinars, trade shows, events, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with external consultants and strategic partners to support solution positioning, training, and customer success initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure cohesion throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Contribute to the enhancement and ongoing development of demo environments, technical materials, competitive positioning, and training resources.
• Gather customer insights and market feedback to aid in shaping product strategy and go-to-market efforts.
• 3–5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or a comparable pre-sales position in a SaaS or B2B technology context.
• Demonstrated experience driving revenue results in complex or consultative sales processes.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, data workflows, and cloud application architecture.
• Proven ability to lead customer discovery meetings and deliver persuasive product demonstrations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the capability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric and results-oriented approach.
• Experience in supporting webinars, events, trade shows, or other customer-facing activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms like Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience utilizing AI productivity tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is preferred.
• Background in healthcare technology, aesthetics, wellness, or elective medical fields is preferred.
