This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement growth experiments across various channels, including email, webinars, events, social media, community engagement, partnerships, content creation, and product-led initiatives.
• Develop nurturing paths for new sign-ups, event participants, community members, interested individuals, and potential clients.
• Enhance conversion rates at crucial touchpoints, such as event registrations, website calls-to-action, product sign-ups, meeting requests, and follow-up processes.
• Manage event and webinar execution by coordinating logistics, promotions, speaker preparations, follow-ups, and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product teams, partners, and community stakeholders to ensure marketing programs are organized, tracked, and effective.
• Assist in product launches through project planning, asset management, communication strategies, follow-up activities, and performance analysis.
• Create or coordinate newsletters, event invitations, social media posts, community updates, and promotional content.
• Monitor program performance and provide insights on successes, challenges, and future actions.
• Help sustain streamlined marketing processes to enable the team to operate efficiently without chaos.
• 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, marketing programs, or similar B2B marketing positions.
• Proven experience in developing or executing nurturing programs, campaigns, webinars, lifecycle strategies, or conversion trials.
• Familiarity with executing social media, email, and nurturing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling campaign, funnel, website, product, or CRM data.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects without introducing unnecessary processes, while effectively communicating status updates, timelines, and identifying obstacles.
• Comfort in working with technical products and engaging with technical audiences.
• Excellent project management, organization skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may change and processes are still developing (startup experience is preferred).
• Capability to transition between strategic planning and execution while adapting to evolving business priorities.
• Competitive compensation: $105,000 - $150,000 base salary, along with equity and bonuses.
