• Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Create and sustain the company's annual and quarterly marketing plans.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition and lead generation.

• Formulate and oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

• Define positioning and messaging strategies for recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing solutions.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with overall business goals.

• Marketing Funnel Development & Optimization

• Design and manage comprehensive marketing funnels from initial awareness to final conversion.

• Apply lead nurturing strategies using CRM and marketing automation tools.

• Monitor campaign performance and enhance conversion rates throughout the customer journey.

• Develop landing pages, email sequences, content strategies, and lead magnets.

• Analyze funnel performance and offer recommendations for ongoing enhancement.

• Client & Vendor Management

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with current and potential clients.

• Coordinate with vendors, marketing partners, agencies, and service providers to guarantee successful project implementation.

• Manage partnerships and strategic alliances that facilitate business growth.

• Act as a primary contact for marketing-related client initiatives and collaborations.

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic support.

• Brand Development & Digital Marketing

• Enhance company branding across both digital and offline channels.

• Oversee website, social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising efforts.

• Develop thought leadership and employer branding initiatives.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging throughout all marketing materials and communications.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Set KPIs and reporting frameworks for marketing and growth activities.

• Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, client acquisition costs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

• Provide regular performance reports and growth recommendations to management.

• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance and business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field.

• 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, client acquisition, or strategic marketing.

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, professional services, or related sectors is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in generating leads and acquiring clients through strategic marketing efforts.

• Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, CRM systems, automation tools, and digital marketing channels.

• Experience in managing client and vendor relationships.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management abilities.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
