
Senior Business Manager – Large Clients

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, targeting both new clients and optimizing the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling;
• Engage in a consultative and tailored approach, ensuring clients and potential clients receive exceptional guidance and experiences;
• Manage and nurture client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and foster loyalty;
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients while enhancing revenue from current clients;
• Create and implement strategies focused on client retention;
• Deliver product/service presentations and demonstrations to clients;
• Conduct online or face-to-face meetings to negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients, or to enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their expectations;
• Remain informed about market trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with clients' needs;
• Prepare and present sales closing reports to senior management;
• Participate in events and trade shows to promote the company's products/services, strengthen relationships, and broaden the professional network.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
• Prior experience with Large Clients (Wholesale) in banking, financial institutions, payment institutions, and/or fintechs;
• Demonstrated experience in new business prospecting and account management within a B2B setting;
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in payments and credit;
• Familiarity with CRM and customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce;
• CPA-10 certification;
• Willingness to travel or be present on-site for events and client visits.
