Senior Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Gather and evaluate weekly/monthly internal metrics concerning hiring, expenditures, and other essential indicators, presenting insights to the Chief Product and Technology Office team.

• Facilitate the hiring process, encompassing approvals, process enhancements, and global footprint strategy to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate closely with FinOps and Engineering to oversee the contractor workforce, ensuring effective coordination between contingent labor expenses and financial reporting.

• Contribute to target setting and spending initiatives within the Chief Product and Technology Office, including driving efficiencies within an annual $x00m budget.

• Manage and identify opportunities for process enhancement within the purchase order (PO) process, acting as a key gatekeeper by reviewing and providing recommendations for approvals.

• Assist in the annual demand planning cycle and budgeting process, which includes developing business justifications for future investments and generating recommendations on investment priorities.

• Coordinate a simplified portfolio management process to track and manage key projects and initiatives.

• Optimize operations and enhance processes to support scalability and growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and initiatives that promote organizational effectiveness and culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience within a large global corporate setting.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, autonomously, and as part of a team.
