This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Offer specialized guidance and support in business management for a designated functional area.
• Execute policies, processes, and initiatives that align with business management, strategic goals, and governance objectives.
• Conduct intricate reporting, analysis, and assessments at both the functional and enterprise levels.
• Operate independently as a senior analyst and subject matter expert while mentoring or educating colleagues.
• Spearhead the implementation of initiatives that support the overarching business or functional strategy.
• Oversee business management activities that necessitate coordination across various areas.
• Facilitate the integrated implementation of policies, procedures, and changes throughout functional areas.
• Provide expert knowledge to projects and initiatives, including the identification, design, and testing of solutions.
• Create and present communications and presentations to management or wider audiences.
• Examine variances, perform due diligence, assess operational risks, and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancement.
• Develop or enact standards, policies, procedures, and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with business and technology partners, program managers, and project managers.
• Prioritize tasks, adhere to timelines, share knowledge, and propose productivity enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, technology, operations, product support, project management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with FIS or other banking technology vendor platforms.
• Professional certifications in business analysis, Agile, project management, payments, treasury management, risk, or financial services are advantageous.
• Direct experience in supporting TD eTreasury or similar commercial online banking platforms.
• Understanding of Treasury Management client onboarding, servicing, implementation, training, and support methodologies.
• Experience in supporting platform upgrades, customer migrations, authentication or token replacement initiatives, fraud-prevention efforts, or digital banking modernization programs.
• Familiarity with issue escalation, self-identification processes, operational risk assessments, procedure management, control documentation, and internal governance practices.
• Experience in creating customer-facing communications, training manuals, knowledge center content, FAQs, release notes, meeting materials, and executive updates.
• Capability to analyze issues, customer challenges, service trends, data points, and operational effects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
