Senior Business Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of specialists or coordinators within a specific learning and development area or specialization.

• Facilitate training and development initiatives across the organization that align with the strategic objectives of business units.

• Employ diverse learning and delivery methods.

• Evaluate training needs and assess the effectiveness of training outcomes.

• Create training programs, curricula, and instructional materials.

• Collaborate with managers to identify needs, design training programs, and execute development initiatives.

• Lead learning and development specialists across multiple business locations and regions.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and decision-making processes in the learning and development domain.

• Identify needs to negotiate and influence within the business sector, recommending appropriate solutions.

• Manage the training budget and implement corrective measures when necessary.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of vendor and consultant partnerships.

• Analyze the value of training programs and consider alternatives within financial limitations.

• Recruit, select, develop, coach, and assess a diverse team.

• Collaborate to identify, analyze, and address operational challenges that align with the objectives of TD University.

• Determine when computer-based or web-based training is the most effective solution.

• Evaluate operational goals and assist in designing targeted materials while minimizing productivity loss.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive work experience is required, in addition to the experience outlined below.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of training practices and principles of adult learning theory.

• Ability to analyze training feedback and make appropriate adjustments to training programs.

• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and foster the professional growth of retail staff across the network.

• Strong communication skills to engage with all staff levels in various environments.

• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel throughout the TD footprint.

• Some domestic travel may be required.

• Sedentary role involving the operation of standard office equipment, sustained concentration, and continuous reading, writing, comprehending instructions, and performing basic arithmetic.
