This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete performance of a specialized portfolio of diagnostic films targeted at radiation dosimetry applications within medical, industrial, and research sectors.
• Foster relationships with key customer groups, including Medical physicists, Oncology centers, and OEM partners and distributors.
• Develop and implement a targeted growth strategy across both core and adjacent applications.
• Discover and expand new avenues for growth (e.g., proton therapy, FLASH therapy, in-vivo systems).
• Propel application-driven innovation in line with clinical validation requirements, workflow efficiency, and digital integration.
• Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure comprehensive technical documentation, and to support audits and inspections.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continual improvement.
• Take ownership of financial performance, encompassing revenue growth, margin enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage business performance by utilizing data-driven insights to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and actionable priorities.
• Utilize market, customer, and competitive insights to shape strategic direction and guide decision-making.
• Ensure commercial alignment by closely collaborating with sales teams to enhance market presence and secure new business.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration among Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to achieve integrated outcomes.
• Champion operational excellence by partnering with Operations and Supply Chain to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer service.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in commercial, business, or operational roles.
• Proven experience working collaboratively across functions in a matrixed, global context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for converting data into actionable insights.
• Established capability to drive execution and influence others without having direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Consistently demonstrate responsible and ethical behavior.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
