This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, create, and sustain business intelligence solutions, which include dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Address moderately complex to highly complex challenges through in-depth analytics and assessment of variable factors.
• Develop meaningful data visualizations to aid in strategic direction and communication with senior and executive leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to ascertain business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across business intelligence deliverables.
• Conduct complex data analysis to facilitate decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance existing business intelligence solutions to boost performance and usability.
• Over 5 years of experience in business intelligence engineering or similar roles.
• Advanced expertise in SQL for data analysis and transformation.
• Proficient in creating visualizations, reports, and applications using Power BI and Power Apps.
• Significant experience handling large and complex data sets in extensive organizations.
• Familiarity with healthcare-related data and associated regulatory concerns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Understanding of DevOps practices in business intelligence settings.
• Experience with cloud technologies like ASA and/or Databricks.
• Proven success in delivering analytics solutions within the healthcare or related fields.
• Minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for self-provided internet service.
• Capability to work from a designated area without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
