BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and design high-quality, user-friendly visualizations, dashboards, reports, and related analytical content for business partners.

• Collaborate with the analytics team to produce impactful visualizations that simplify analysis and make data actionable.

• Manage analytic tool server environments, including Tableau.

• Develop and implement solutions utilizing data visualization and reporting tools.

• Partner with business areas through interactive and iterative user design sessions to generate rapid solution prototypes.

• Lead cross-functional problem-solving sessions while addressing stakeholder needs.

• Update the team on project statuses and escalate issues as necessary.

• Evaluate and communicate risks associated with development timelines and projects.

• Advocate for the Viz Team's interests in cross-functional project teams.

• Provide prioritized D-SNP care gap chase lists to concierge teams.

• Generate forward-looking D-SNP provider performance projections.

• Conduct focused analytic deep dives with Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars.

• Integrate D-SNP care gap data into Blue Premier ACO reporting.

• Establish ongoing monitoring of D-SNP Quality performance.

• Offer analytic support for the D-SNP Quality Incentive Program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (if applicable), or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field.

• Experience in healthcare analytics is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization is preferred.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
