Analista de BI Sênior, DataViz, Power BI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive, tactical, and operational panels using Power BI.

• Transform business needs into effective and impactful analytical solutions.

• Implement best practices in Data Visualization, data storytelling, and UX in the creation of dashboards.

• Create semantic models, metrics, and indicators using DAX and dimensional modeling.

• Engage in data modeling using Star Schema, ensuring consistency and quality of information.

• Develop complex metrics and calculations utilizing DAX.

• Use SQL for data analysis, manipulation, and validation.

• Participate in the analysis and optimization of model performance, queries, and reports.

• Assist in gathering and understanding requirements from business areas.

• Support the definition of KPIs, indicators, and business rules.

• Ensure standardization, visual quality, performance, and usability of developed solutions.

• Convert data into clear, relevant, and actionable information, fostering a data-driven culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior experience with Power BI, with at least 5 years in developing dashboards and corporate analytical solutions.

• Advanced knowledge in Data Visualization, dashboard design, data storytelling, and UX.

• Proficiency in DAX and SQL.

• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and Star Schema.

• Experience in semantic modeling and development of complex metrics.

• Familiarity with DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and Performance Analyzer.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Semantic Models, Direct Lake, and Lakehouse.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.

• Capacity to influence decisions and build trusting relationships with stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.

• Focus on generating value and results for clients and businesses.

• Differentials: experience with Databricks, Microsoft PL-300 certification, knowledge of Figma or other prototyping and design tools, and experience in large-scale corporate BI projects.
