Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate Business Intelligence initiatives from the initial discovery phase to final delivery with minimal oversight.

• Design, create, and enhance dashboards utilized by senior leadership and the Revenue Operations team.

• Create and manage high-quality SQL models within the Snowflake environment.

• Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations to provide comprehensive reporting across pipeline, bookings, ARR, CARR, churn, expansion, forecasting, and sales performance.

• Assist in integrating newly acquired companies into Shiftmove's GTM reporting system, ensuring precise data mapping into our existing Snowflake and Tableau frameworks.

• Work in partnership with Salesforce administrators and business stakeholders to guarantee that reporting accurately reflects commercial processes.

• Validate business rules, investigate data inconsistencies, and uphold reliable reporting.

• Document data models, business logic, and reporting standards to ensure sustainable long-term maintenance.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing reporting efficiency, automation, and self-service capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics positions.

• Strong commercial analytics background within a SaaS organization.

• Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

• Proficient-level Tableau development skills.

• Advanced SQL expertise with experience in Snowflake.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce reporting and commercial data models.

• Experience delivering executive-level reporting for sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, renewals, churn, and expansion.

• Comfortable interacting directly with senior stakeholders and converting business inquiries into analytical solutions.

• Capable of independently managing projects from the initial requirements phase to successful completion.

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.
