This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the measurement framework for ZoomInfo’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, encompassing acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.
• Establish the definitive source of truth for PLG performance, which includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), creating scorecards, preparing executive reports, and setting performance benchmarks.
• Identify leading indicators that forecast customer activation, product adoption, conversion rates, retention, and expansion results.
• Ensure consistency in measurement across various products, teams, and business units, providing a cohesive view of customer growth and product performance.
• Create scalable frameworks that link customer behavior to business outcomes and inform investment decisions.
• Possess a thorough analytical understanding of the entire customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to monetization and long-term retention.
• Recognize behavioral patterns, friction points, and conversion barriers that affect activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Formulate customer segmentation frameworks that highlight variations in growth outcomes across different personas, customer segments, and product experiences.
• Lead investigations into significant fluctuations in PLG performance, diagnosing root causes and quantifying their business impact.
• Influence product investment and roadmap strategies by quantifying opportunity sizes, identifying high-impact growth opportunities, and assessing trade-offs among competing initiatives.
• Provide executive-level insights that guide product strategy, growth planning, and resource allocation.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, Strategy, or related fields.
• Proven ability to independently manage large-scale analytical projects that yield measurable business results.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with a strong foundation in analytics.
• Experience performing in-depth analyses of customer behavior, product performance, and business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimentation techniques.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions using data.
• Strong skills in project management and prioritization.
• Experience in creating scalable reporting, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supporting Product-Led Growth or self-service SaaS organizations.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and customer lifecycle analytics.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and operational efficiency.
