Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead analytics projects within the Upsell channel.

• Act as an analytical collaborator for PMS integration.

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable dashboards.

• Evaluate E2E performance to discover trends and opportunities.

• Work closely with the immediate team and essential business stakeholders.

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the analytics data foundation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sales/revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.

• Proficient SQL skills and experience in developing clear dashboards using data visualization tools (such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI).

• Practical experience with Salesforce data structures.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage daily tasks, navigate complex datasets, and prioritize competing stakeholder demands from various departments.

• Proven track record of fostering positive relationships within your team and department.

• Strong ability to effectively communicate data insights both in writing and verbally.
