This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the Looker Studio environment.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance dashboards, data sources, reporting standards, and visualization best practices throughout the organization.
• Create executive KPI dashboards.
• Provide leadership with clear insights into marketing performance, intake productivity, operational KPIs, and metrics across the firm.
• Conduct analysis on marketing and lead generation.
• Assess performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels, linking spending to results.
• Monitor the complete client journey.
• Report on lead flow and conversion rates from generation to intake, retention, and case outcomes, including metrics such as conversion, qualification, contact, and retention rates, in addition to agent and team productivity.
• Ensure data reconciliation and accuracy.
• Validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, HubSpot, RingCentral, advertising platforms, Filevine, and other systems; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Design data models and automate reporting processes.
• Construct models that enable consistent analytics and automate recurring reports to minimize manual workload.
• Deliver insights to leadership.
• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; clearly present findings and recommendations; identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish key metrics and assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and goal-setting.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data engineering, revenue operations, or marketing analytics.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in building complex dashboards and data sources in Looker Studio, including executive-level reporting.
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery for data extraction, transformation, querying, and validation.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures.
• Proven ability to reconcile data across multiple systems and resolve data quality issues.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets; strong understanding of KPIs and best practices in data visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, great attention to detail, and the capacity to simplify complex findings.
