This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• This position is part of the AE (Account Executive) development track.
• In the role of Sales/Business Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with management to uncover new opportunities, engage potential clients via email and LinkedIn, and conduct discovery and demonstration calls.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement sales campaigns.
• Generate sales opportunities by researching and pinpointing potential accounts.
• Prepare and present demonstrations while establishing a professional connection with technology buyers in the USA.
• Distribute weekly newsletters, along with email and drip campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Evaluate competitors by analyzing and summarizing their information and trends.
• Manage all incoming customer inquiries through our live chat feature.
• Gather customer feedback to inspire ideas for new features or products.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals and targets.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in selling IT/SaaS products and associated concepts.
• Previous experience engaging with "C" and "D" level executives is essential.
• Enthusiasm for selling innovative technology products.
• Proficient in English and aware of US cultural nuances.
• Proven ability to document, synthesize, and communicate results effectively.
