This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Generate a robust pipeline of high-quality leads through proactive outbound prospecting methods including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events, while scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Identify, research, and connect with decision-makers within fintechs and financial institutions across North America.
• Comprehend prospect requirements and effectively communicate Flagright’s value proposition in a compelling and customized manner.
• Create and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities, ensuring comprehensive coverage against sales quotas.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects, assisting them in progressing to qualified, sales-ready opportunities.
• Develop and implement highly tailored outreach strategies based on thorough account research.
• Keep precise CRM records, tracking outreach efforts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to guarantee a seamless handoff and advancement of deals.
• Work alongside the GTM team to enhance messaging, campaigns, and outbound strategies.
• Represent Flagright at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout North America.
• Over 4 years of experience as a B2B SaaS Business Development Representative.
• Relevant industry experience in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, acquired directly or through closely related positions.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, and self-assured.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting, demonstrating resilience in the face of rejection.
• Capable of conducting in-depth account research and crafting personalized, pertinent outreach.
• Organized and disciplined in managing pipelines, ensuring CRM cleanliness, and following up effectively.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment with changing priorities.
• Quick to learn and articulate complex products effectively.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to influence our go-to-market strategy.
