This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assess, challenge, and ultimately enhance current processes and offerings.

• Utilize technology and data to reduce costs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Fully utilize and further cultivate essential business skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.

• Establish financial objectives and planning structures, implement cost-control measures, and optimize product content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in managing automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts, preferably with a recognized insurer or OEM captive, ideally in an international setting.

• Self-sufficiency and a proven track record of working with high-level stakeholders on an international scale.

• Completed education in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance, or a comparable degree program.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in any additional European language being an advantage.
