
Senior Business Development Manager – High Heat Polymers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Assist in the execution of the North American HPPA strategy through market expansion, acquisition of new projects, and achieving commercialization objectives.
• Analyze competitor offerings and formulate differentiation strategies grounded in both technical and commercial aspects.
• Establish and maintain technical and commercial relationships with key clients as well as potential customers in North America.
• Collaborate with the Business Line and Business Excellence teams to gather regional market insights, including customer profiles, trends, value chains, pricing strategies, and application uses.
• Aid in new business development by crafting technical value propositions, multiplication tools, and enhancing application and design knowledge.
• Convert customer and application needs into specific product requirements.
• Suggest existing products or develop product specifications in coordination with global Product Development Specialists and Technical Product Managers.
• Work collaboratively across functions and regions with colleagues and clients to enhance outreach within the designated territory.
• Prior experience in selling High Heat Polymers is essential.
• Experience in new business development is a must.
• A proven history of meeting ambitious business development goals that lead to market expansion.
• 8–10 years of commercial and technical experience with high heat polymers is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
