This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth.
• Perform research on industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs.
• Discover new business prospects and cultivate leads.
• Create materials for sales presentations and client meetings.
• Deliver sales presentations, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements.
• Foster business relationships between MatchMove and potential partners, such as financial institutions and corporations.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Oversee incoming projects and collaborate with relevant teams to meet project requirements, delivery, and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in sales or business development within the Fintech or ePayment sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of payments, networks, and/or prepaid/payment products.
• Familiarity with network fees and interchange is an advantage.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and leverage informal networks to achieve objectives.
• Energetic, hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• High level of self-motivation, proactivity, and determination to drive results.
• Creative thinker who can innovate and distinguish offerings.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Willing to travel domestically.
