• The Senior Business Development Manager – India will spearhead new business growth in the Indian market, concentrating on identifying new opportunities and fostering valuable commercial relationships. This position is perfect for a dynamic, commercially driven, and market-savvy developer who comprehends the Indian landscape, knows how to capitalize on regional opportunities, and can transform prospects into revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance atmosphere, possesses robust local market expertise, and can cultivate sustainable growth through direct client acquisition, partner development, and strategic initiatives.

• Responsibilities

• - Drive new business acquisition throughout India by identifying, targeting, and converting high-potential clients, partners, IBs, and affiliates.

• - Create and implement a market-oriented business development strategy that enhances regional presence and ensures consistent revenue growth.

• - Manage the entire business development process, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, conversion, activation, and relationship management.

• - Cultivate strong, on-the-ground market intelligence by monitoring customer behavior, competitor actions, regional trends, and emerging commercial opportunities in India.

• - Establish and foster strategic partnerships with key players, trading communities, introducing brokers, and other relevant business channels in the Indian market.

• - Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and regional leadership teams to synchronize market strategy, enhance conversion quality, and optimize business performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Must Have**

• - Over 5 years of pertinent experience in business development, sales, or market expansion within the Forex, CFD, brokerage, fintech, financial services, or trading sectors.

• - Demonstrated hunter mentality with a successful history of generating new business, acquiring new clients, and creating revenue opportunities from the ground up.

• - Profound understanding of the Indian market, including client behavior, regional business culture, local opportunities, and relationship-driven sales dynamics.

• - Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities, capable of influencing, pitching, and closing effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• - Comprehensive knowledge of FX/CFD products, trading environments, and the factors influencing client acquisition, activation, and retention.

• - Fluent English communication skills, high energy, a strong sense of ownership, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• **Good to Have / Preferred**

• - Established network of IBs, affiliates, HNI clients, trading communities, or business partners in India.

• - Experience in a rapidly growing brokerage or fintech company with ambitious expansion targets.

• - Familiarity with digital lead generation, performance-driven marketing campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams.

• - Experience in building regional partnerships and expanding into new cities or client segments within India.

• - Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian regional languages would be a strong advantage.

• - Experience collaborating with regional or global stakeholders in a matrix business environment.
