This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate new and enhance existing client relationships across the greater Texas region.

• Collaborate with our Technologies and Operations teams to create solutions that address significant construction challenges and fulfill the needs of our esteemed customers.

• Support the Structural Technologies and Construction divisions by performing and collaborating on sales functions for high-value projects and developing client relationships to achieve financial objectives.

• Upon receiving adequate training, deliver presentations to prospective clients regarding our Strengthening solutions and coordinate with Branch and Technologies to address feedback and inquiries generated from these presentations.

• Engage in web-based meetings, face-to-face meetings, emails, and phone calls with the Company’s current, assigned, and potential clients as required.

• Follow up, pursue, and relay information regarding project and client leads provided by Marketing.

• Assist in drafting proposals for Strengthening projects and making necessary revisions.

• Aid in the assembly of bid packages for Strengthening projects as needed or requested.

• Attend jobsite walkthroughs and pre-bid meetings as required.

• Participate in project review calls and keep CRM listings for Strengthening projects up to date.

• Update the existing company contact databases with new contacts acquired from presentations, meetings, conferences, etc.

• Collaborate with the Structural Group’s marketing resources to enhance this database and reach out to key targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree may be preferred.

• At least 5 years of prior sales experience in building relationships and expanding a client base within the commercial market.

• Ideally, experience in selling specialty construction services or products/services to the commercial market, including outreach to local engineers and general contracting firms.

• In-depth knowledge of the Texas market, including engineering firms, property management firms, building owners, general contractors, architects, etc.

• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals/quotas through the use of a CRM system.

• Strong grasp of the processes necessary to promote and implement engineered services and products through a complex and extended sales cycle, typically for existing structures.

• Ability to learn and convey information about engineered products, their functions, applicability, and standards, along with a comprehension of proposal development.

• Willingness to travel locally 70%-80% of the time.
