This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for driving sales and nurturing relationships within the SMB and Mid-Market sectors in California.
• Oversees a designated account portfolio and enhances the presence of ASUS products across key commercial sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Finance, and Non-Profit.
• Collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to pinpoint opportunities, establish strategic relationships, and implement go-to-market strategies that augment revenue and fortify ASUS’s market position.
• Actively seeks out sales opportunities with assigned Reseller accounts.
• Concentrates on cultivating ASUS relationships and engagement at all levels within the assigned account base.
• Implements a business strategy aimed at driving unit/revenue growth while measuring performance against set targets for the assigned account portfolio.
• Maintains multiple contacts within a broad customer base, ensuring regular communication regarding ASUS products, programs, offers, and promotions.
• Travels to various customer sites to facilitate face-to-face training and meetings to further develop the ASUS business.
• Engages onsite weekly to enhance awareness and visibility for both short-term and long-term sales opportunities and pipelines.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 10 years of prior Outside Sales experience in IT Hardware, Software, or Services.
• Established Account relationships and familiarity with the SMB market is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Indirect Commercial Sales and customer acquisition processes.
• Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.
• Ability to convey the ASUS value proposition effectively.
• Capability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both with customers and internally at ASUS.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competition, customer purchasing behaviors, and marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships across organizations.
• Outstanding time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
