• Serve as a strategic consultant and active participant in enhancing the business development approach.
• Enhance the quality of deal flow and provide guidance on crucial partnership decisions.
• Concentrate on high-impact initiatives—developing sourcing strategies and aiding in the assessment of premier opportunities.
• Offer advice on partnership frameworks, deal conditions, and negotiation strategies.
• Provide insights on market dynamics and help define Accelerator sourcing focus areas.
• Over 5 years of experience in mobile gaming (publishing, business development, user acquisition, product, or partnerships).
• Established industry network with the capability to identify promising studios.
• Comprehensive understanding of game performance indicators (retention, lifetime value, cost per install, monetization).
• Strategic thinker with experience in building or consulting on business development functions.
• Capable of functioning as an advisor: independent, organized, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communicator, skilled at influencing founders and senior leaders.
