
Senior Business Developer – Robotics, Voice AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage with senior decision-makers at robotics firms that are developing the future of physical AI within mobile and service robotics.
• Identify, assess, and finalize opportunities, utilizing the company’s technical, commercial, and partnership assets to enhance success rates and expedite deal closures.
• Apply experience and judgment to prioritize opportunities that demonstrate the highest commercial potential.
• Manage partnerships and deals from initial contact to closing, taking full responsibility for the entire deal process.
• Function as an independent commercial force within a small, entrepreneurial team, possessing sufficient technical knowledge to understand the workings of robotics.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or venture capital.
• Strong understanding of robotics, particularly in software or software integration; familiarity with voice or conversational AI is highly advantageous.
• Present yourself in a structured, professional manner that commands immediate credibility with founders and senior executives.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, working quickly, and taking full responsibility for results.
