Director – AI-Enabled Workplace Process Automation

📋 Description

• The Director of AI-Enabled Workplace Process Automation is tasked with the design, construction, and implementation of AI-driven automation systems.

• This position focuses on removing manual tasks and processes that hinder transformational speed.

• Create autonomous workflows and agents to manage recurring operational activities.

• Collaborate with JLLT to develop and sustain multi-agent orchestration systems for intricate workflows.

• Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and governance of all AI automation systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or AI/ML engineering, particularly in enterprise applications.

• Proven hands-on expertise with Claude Code or similar LLM-based coding agents in a production setting.

• A successful history of creating and deploying AI agent systems and automated workflows that interface with enterprise platforms.

• Strong understanding of APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), REST integrations, and the design of enterprise data pipelines.

• Experience in working within cross-functional, matrixed environments.

• Capability to work independently, managing projects from inception through to deployment and iteration.
