Business Process Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance current processes across various departments (such as Sales/Customer Support, etc.).

• Minimize manual tasks through the use of automation tools and AI-driven solutions.

• Address technical inquiries in internal communication channels, including troubleshooting issues related to platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and others.

• Investigate tools, workflows, and technical solutions that align with business requirements.

• Create and implement new processes aimed at boosting operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools focused on process enhancement.

• Familiarity with no-code / low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, and similar tools.

• Experience working autonomously with documentation and troubleshooting resources.

• Strong sense of ownership and self-drive.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders while planning and prioritizing individual tasks.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating proactivity and a strong sense of ownership.
