• Evaluate current workflows to determine their effectiveness

• Discover potential areas for enhancement

• Create and execute automation systems

• Operate in dual capacities as both a consultant and a builder

• Outline business processes comprehensively

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies

• Deploy effective automation solutions utilizing tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and AI technologies like ChatGPT and Claude

• Concentrate on sales workflows, fulfillment processes, and internal operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written English skills

• Previous background in process enhancement, operations, automation, or systems deployment

• Solid experience with tools like N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, or equivalent automation platforms

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI-driven workflow solutions

• Competence in analyzing business workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies, and converting them into automation strategies

• Strong capability for systems thinking and problem-solving

• Proven experience in documenting workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process maps

• Proficient in integrating systems across Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, communication tools, and operational platforms

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to test and uphold reliable automations

• Skill in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly

• Reliable and fast internet connection; possession of a laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet workspace
