Senior Business Developer – Hotel Sourcing, Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels throughout Thailand to achieve revenue objectives and expand our portfolio.

• Work closely with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Assess market trends and competitive landscape to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Develop and sustain strong partnerships with hotels through regular meetings and communications.

• Broaden our network of partners by presenting and onboarding new hotel establishments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience in contracting within Tour Operating / DMC / Hospitality / Beb Banks in Thailand.

• Strong negotiation capabilities, adeptness in engaging with suppliers, and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with the market and connections with key stakeholders in the Thai industry.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

• Data-oriented, organized, and consistently seeking opportunities for improvement.

• Enjoyment of fieldwork, with frequent travel within Thailand anticipated.

• Proficiency in English; French is an added advantage.
