This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of strategic accounts from both commercial and operational perspectives.
• Oversee and develop strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Establish enduring client relationships across various stakeholders.
• Facilitate commercial discussions and ongoing processes.
• Propel renewals, upsells, and opportunities for cross-selling.
• Develop and implement strategies for account growth and execution plans.
• Hold responsibility for revenue objectives within designated accounts.
• Manage forecasting and maintain visibility of the commercial pipeline.
• Spot white-space opportunities throughout organizations.
• Spearhead initiatives for account expansion.
• Assist in pricing strategies and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate directly with executives, procurement teams, clinical staff, platform developers, and AI/data science stakeholders.
• Navigate challenging conversations as necessary.
• Ensure that risks and delivery issues are communicated clearly.
• Align commercial objectives with delivery realities.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Background in consulting, technology, data, AI, or software services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in growing accounts commercially through renewals, upsells, and expansions.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Capability to manage conversations at the executive level.
• Experience in conducting commercial negotiations.
• Ability to work independently in uncertain environments.
• Excellent communication skills and adept at stakeholder management.
