This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead customer workshops to gain insights into current processes, challenges, business goals, and transformation priorities.
• Facilitate discussions on future-state design related to service management and asset-intensive operations.
• Convert business requirements into effective solution strategies.
• Question outdated legacy processes and propose best-practice operating models.
• Support comprehensive implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
• Define business process designs for service, maintenance, scheduling, dispatch, mobility, and work execution.
• Create functional design documents, process maps, user stories, and backlog items.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams regarding integrations, reporting, and data requirements.
• Assist with testing cycles, training, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Foster trusted relationships with customer sponsors, operational managers, and frontline users.
• Deliver clear presentations to both executive and operational audiences.
• Manage workshops in a professional manner and drive decisions to conclusion.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and recommendations assertively.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs on time and in accordance with established standards.
• Aid in scope management and proactively identify change impacts.
• Contribute to strong project margin outcomes through disciplined execution.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, Solution Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated delivery experience in service management, field service, enterprise asset management, maintenance, workforce scheduling, or work management initiatives.
• Strong expertise in one or more enterprise platforms beyond IFS, such as ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Maximo, Infor, ClickSoftware, or other similar systems.
• Experience in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and redesigning business processes.
• Robust understanding of operational service environments, including utilities, construction, engineering, mining, facilities management, logistics, or field services.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead customer workshops confidently.
• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
