This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee intricate projects as the operational representative of the Veeva Business Consulting team, taking charge of planning, organizing, and managing all delivery facets, including scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines.
• Take ownership of the complete design, construction, and delivery of outputs that align with the overall project objectives and aims.
• Identify and proactively address challenges encountered by the client.
• Serve as a reliable client contact for operational and strategic inquiries, fostering the relationship through face-to-face meetings, workshops, phone calls, and email communication.
• Supervise the workload and priorities of team members involved in your project(s).
• Provide support and mentorship to Consultants and Associates in enhancing their skills and professional development.
• Deliver clients exceptional levels of industry, market, and functional insights.
• Actively lead business development initiatives and proposals.
• Create and share thought leadership and campaigns that set Veeva Business Consulting apart in the marketplace.
• Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record.
• Over 4 years of consulting experience within a reputable strategic/management consulting firm.
• Experience in Life Sciences, especially in the Commercial and Medical sectors.
• Strong understanding of Commercial, with proven expertise in two or more of the following areas: multi-channel strategy and optimization, product launch, go-to-market strategy, commercial model design, key account planning and management, segmentation and targeting, insight and analytics, brand strategy, and medical affairs.
• Solid knowledge of commercial/marketing technology and, ideally, Veeva’s platforms and solutions, and how business consulting offerings can leverage and enhance these.
• Good grasp of the business capabilities and drivers underpinning digital technology in Health and Life Sciences, along with the market forces and trends influencing changes in the industry.
• Proven experience in leading business development efforts to cultivate customer relationships and secure work.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of quantitatively and qualitatively evaluating issues and conveying solutions across various topics.
• A problem-solving attitude: anticipating challenges early, analyzing them, and proactively seeking resolutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering intricate outputs.
• Highly proficient project management capabilities.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization and quickly build credibility.
• Possess a strong personal influence and the ability to persuade and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language.
