This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Senior Business Consultant, you will collaborate closely with B2B business proprietors to enhance clients' sales frameworks at the C-suite level.
• You will perform comprehensive assessments of current organizational structures and devise specific optimization strategies.
• You will oversee your own client portfolio while consistently partnering with your team.
• You will craft innovative marketing and sales tactics and apply effective social selling methodologies.
• You will engage proactively with your clients, leading one-on-one coaching sessions, onboarding processes, and live discussions.
• Significant experience in areas such as strategy, marketing, sales, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Prior experience as a self-employed consultant or agency professional, a proven closer, or in a coaching role.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to understand new concepts.
• Excellent communication abilities and a methodical approach to work.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn & HubSpot.
• Highly proactive and capable of introducing fresh ideas.
• Self-motivated and completely dependable.
• Ability to adhere to existing processes while also enhancing them.
• A strong desire for professional and personal growth.
