📋 Description

• Lead business analysis efforts to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas that support divisional strategies.

• Guarantee consistency and efficiency for major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from start to finish.

• Provide oversight and coordination for project teams, resources, and budgets.

• Implement projects or initiatives in accordance with dynamic and critical timelines.

• Engage with all management levels, including senior management.

• Assist in prioritizing transformational program activities.

• Monitor progress towards established goals.

• Create and present reports to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or relevant healthcare industry experience.

• 3 years of experience managing large, complex multi-million-dollar projects.

• Proven experience in communicating with senior management across multiple divisions.

• Experience in developing and delivering impactful presentations.

• Strong problem resolution skills and experience.

• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.

• Experience in interpreting business and financial data.

• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to foster working relationships across various departments.

• Skilled in preparing presentations for senior management.

• Capability to cultivate a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects successfully.

• Detail-oriented approach.

• Proficient in PC use, including MS Office applications.

• Experience in health insurance or healthcare industry, with a focus on Product/Sales knowledge.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution abilities.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Ability to drive decisions, create options, and assess the impacts of those options.

• Experience in Value Based Care Operations.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating leadership presentations.
