Senior Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and execute reporting, dashboards, and data models for payment integrity services.

• Monitor and oversee group product modifications, deviations, and implementations.

• Ensure the precision and integrity of data across various sources.

• Assist with month-end accruals, variance analysis, and updates to reporting.

• Conduct reconciliations for vendor payments and group billing.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ad hoc analytical requests.

• Collaborate across departments to address inquiries and resolve challenges.

• Aid in initiatives aimed at enhancing product and process efficiency and effectiveness.

• Utilize multiple data sources to identify and quantify savings and revenue opportunities.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or similar analytical positions.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and a strategic outlook.

• Proficient in working with and analyzing large sets of diverse data.

• Capable of independently seeking and implementing collaborative solutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.

• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• 1–3+ years of experience in healthcare insurance is preferred; knowledge of TPA, NSA, or Payment Integrity is a plus.

• Experience with preparing presentations is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
