Senior Business Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, design, implement, automate, and document essential business solutions and processes for both public and private cloud environments, SaaS applications, and various cloud platforms — with a focused effort on leveraging AI to replace manual tasks, enhance decision-making quality, and unlock new functionalities.

• Collaborate with a variety of technical and business stakeholders to define, research, select, implement, and optimize business solutions within the Stellus Rx Enterprise Architecture; utilize AI-assisted analysis to assess vendor options, model trade-offs, and expedite solution selection.

• Demonstrate strong and proven expertise in data science, machine learning, and neuro-symbolic AI design to develop solutions that surpass traditional methods — creating lasting competitive advantages and industry moats for Stellus Rx.

• Advocate for AI capabilities within the organization: promote and implement AI-driven solutions that satisfy business requirements while actively challenging outdated methods and transforming organizational operations.

• Confidently understand current processes — then question and reinvent them, employing AI to pinpoint inefficiencies, model alternative methodologies, and quantify the business impact of proposed modifications prior to implementation.

• Leverage AI tools to speed up LEAN development cycles from concept to monetization — substituting manual analysis with AI-assisted discovery, prioritization, and market timing evaluation.

• Recognize and implement unused or new vendor/partner features that enhance system investment returns; utilize AI to reveal adoption opportunities and model monetization scenarios throughout the solution portfolio.

• Proven understanding of business measurement, intelligence, and reporting; employ AI-powered analytics to consistently monitor solution performance and facilitate data-driven optimization decisions.

• Lead the definition of solution requirements using extensive and demonstrated knowledge of UML standards for outlining specifications in both static and dynamic perspectives — enhanced by AI tools to expedite diagram generation, gap analysis, and documentation quality review.

• Collaborate with Stellus Rx Project/Program Managers to supervise the implementation, integration, and customization of selected business solutions; apply AI-assisted project tracking and risk analysis to enhance delivery predictability.

• Utilize AI to generate, validate, and maintain solution documentation — minimizing manual documentation requirements while increasing consistency and traceability across the architecture.

• Partner with key business leaders and vendor partners to lead customization and feature enhancement initiatives; leverage AI to quickly prototype and assess proposed improvements before allocating engineering resources.

• Coordinate with information security, compliance, and internal/external partners to ensure that Stellus Rx policies and procedures are integrated into solutions — employing AI-assisted compliance checks to minimize manual review cycles.

• Develop and manage organizational readiness and change management plans that support solution implementations and new feature introductions; use AI tools to tailor and scale change communications and training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Architect leading system definition and implementation.

• 2–5 years of experience collaborating with internal and external engineering teams to deliver configured or customized business solutions.

• Required: Proven, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to expedite business architecture activities — including solution analysis, process redesign, requirements generation, or vendor evaluation — with concrete examples to discuss.

• Strong and proven knowledge of applying data science, machine learning, and AI solutions to business architecture challenges; experience with neuro-symbolic AI designs is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex problems and implement automated, scalable business solutions that go beyond superficial approaches.

• Extensive knowledge and application of UML standards for requirements and specifications in both static and dynamic perspectives.

• A champion and practitioner of LEAN development with strong ideation-to-monetization expertise.

• Experience working across various industries utilizing technology-led solutions to redefine business capabilities and drive market differentiation.

• Proven understanding of business measurement, intelligence, and reporting within enterprise solution frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
