Senior Business Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted leader in Guidewire for the most intricate customer implementations.

• Direct the overall solution strategy and oversee architectural governance.

• Ensure successful delivery by aligning client objectives with scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers, customer executives, developers, and product teams.

• Influence critical decisions, drive technical standards, and promote continuous improvement.

• Act as the Guidewire lead for a functional or technical workstream.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to members of the BA team.

• Review and endorse requirements definitions, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.

• Present proposed solutions and roadmaps to senior stakeholders effectively.

• Contribute to the development of internal architecture standards, playbooks, and reusable solution assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in enterprise software business architecture, complemented with relevant delivery experience.

• Proficiency in the German language.

• Extensive expertise in Guidewire implementation and product functionalities, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

• Proven ability to define business application solutions spanning multiple workstreams or regions.

• Demonstrated capacity to develop requirements that optimize the use of base functionality.

• Proficiency in Agile delivery and hybrid cloud implementation strategies.

• Involvement in pre-sales activities, including evaluating the value delivery of proposed solutions.

• Ability to lead and motivate others through collaboration.

• Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements as necessary (up to 50%).

• Demonstrated capability to embrace AI and leverage data-driven insights to foster innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
