Senior Business Applications Analyst, EHR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Cultivates and utilizes relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.

• Offers expertise in the design and enhancement of workflows pertaining to electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborates closely with the AVP of Operations-Business Applications to create and execute comprehensive training programs across various platforms.

• Provides continuous support to address issues and perpetually optimize workflows.

• Works in partnership with internal support teams to tackle challenges.

• Performs regular audits to ensure user provisioning aligns with Welltower’s segregation of duties and compliance standards.

• Implements quality assurance measures.

• Establishes best practices and ensures that solution delivery complies with defined standards.

• Develops consistent and detailed status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks, dependencies, and obstacles to facilitate effective resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Yardi EHR, eMAR, and related modules is highly desirable.

• At least 5 years’ experience in technical troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding terminology.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Understanding of clinical workflow processes and EHR best practices.

• Experience in medical billing is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.

• Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
