This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Interpret customer inquiries and convert them into functional requirements, distinguishing between user requests and their true underlying needs.
• Document business processes and workflows, both 'as is' and 'to be', utilizing swim lane diagrams.
• Identify key success criteria for customers and ensure they are monitored and evaluated within the solution.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Sapio Sciences product portfolio and its configurations.
• Provide effective end-user training on the customized solution to demonstrate how the implementation aligns with customer goals.
• Capable of configuring workflows/experiments in the Sapio Platform and, when necessary, creating wireframe mockups for workflows/experiments.
• Document and communicate technical information clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Conduct root cause analyses, identify critical business requirements, and facilitate the delivery of solutions.
• Expected to operate independently, delivering results that meet quality, timeliness, and acceptability standards with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the product team to capture new customer-driven feature requirements.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner for our customers, regularly reviewing their deployment to ensure optimal use of our complete product and service offerings.
• Work closely with the Sapio Sciences US team to develop scalable processes and methodologies.
• Diligently manage all documentation related to BA deployment services.
• Assist in testing sprint deliverables as needed to ensure they fulfill requirements.
• Over 5 years of experience in Life Sciences within a laboratory setting, preferably with a focus on introducing new IT solutions.
• A BS/BA degree or equivalent in a Life Science field (e.g., molecular biology, chemistry).
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
• Prior experience with LIMS or ELN software.
• Extensive experience in effectively managing external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate working relationships at all levels.
• Experience in leading workshops with external clients, documenting business needs and outcomes.
• Proven organizational abilities, capable of delivering agreed workloads within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interviewing, data analysis, and fact-finding skills.
• Excellent listening and presentation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Demonstrated success in working responsibly and effectively from a home office.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM programs.
