Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead functional analysis on Salesforce/Vlocity projects.

• Define the functional architecture for projects in the insurance sector.

• Provide mentoring and supervision for junior and mid-level Business Analysts.

• Engage with Senior-level Stakeholders.

• Design the migration and cutover strategy.

• Apply Design Thinking techniques for solution definition.

• Contribute to the creation of RFP/SOW documents.

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and technology providers as project needs arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the insurance sector.

• Three or more end-to-end implementations of Salesforce FSC/Vlocity.

• Experience leading teams of Business Analysts.

• Knowledge of ACORD models.

• Experience in Core projects in LATAM.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce FSC and Vlocity (CPQ/Claims).

• Understanding of ACORD Standards and Change Management.

• Integration architecture and Process Mining expertise.

• Language skills will be valued.
