Senior Business Analyst – Property & Casualty Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collect, evaluate, and document both business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), Product Owners, and technology teams.

• Convert business needs into precise requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential areas for process enhancement.

• Assist in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.

• Lead workshops and sessions for requirement clarification.

• Operate within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

• Ensure that business requirements align with the solutions delivered.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT / Business Analysis.

• Strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain – REQUIRED.

• Background as a Business Analyst in insurance technology projects.

• Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, rating, policy lifecycle, product configuration, and various insurance workflows and processes.

• ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

• Foreigners residing in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.

• Must reside in Mexico.

• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
