This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Play a pivotal role in providing exceptional business analysis support throughout various projects.
• Create and manage structured solution artifacts that outline specific system changes or work products, overseeing them from initial definition through stakeholder review, build coordination, testing alignment, implementation, and closure.
• Elicit, document, and oversee business, functional, and non-functional requirements, converting business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technical and project teams.
• Assist in the development of project deliverables, including requirements, design documentation, and user-facing materials.
• Examine business processes and system impacts across functional areas, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with project goals.
• Engage in and support requirements workshops, design sessions, and client walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with established standards, templates, and naming conventions across all deliverables.
• Facilitate project coordination and communication activities, including capturing and distributing meeting minutes, tracking the status of work items, and providing regular updates to Project Managers, Business Leads, and other stakeholders.
• Offer guidance and support to junior BAs, contributing to team consistency and development.
• A minimum of six years of experience as a Business Analyst or requirements analyst.
• Experience in supporting healthcare or Medicaid system implementations (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience in developing clear, structured requirements and supporting design documentation for system implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of requirements elicitation and writing, SDLC/PLC processes, and alignment of requirements to testing and validation activities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning business, technical, and QA/testing functions.
• Capability to analyze and document business processes and system impacts across various functional areas.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs with minimal rework.
