Senior Business Analyst – JDE Warehouse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current warehouse operations to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency, minimizing bottlenecks, and improving system performance.

• Set up, maintain, and refine the JDE Warehouse and Advanced Warehouse Management modules.

• Clearly and accurately document workflows, system configurations, and business processes.

• Create and present user documentation, training materials, and conduct technical training sessions.

• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, including solutions based on JDE Orchestrator.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish requirements and implement technology-driven enhancements.

• Deliver structured, data-driven analysis and reporting to aid leadership in decision-making.

• Act as a bridge between IT and business units to ensure alignment on system capabilities and operational requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of business and consultative experience with a strong emphasis on JD Edwards implementations.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with JDE Warehouse Management modules.

• At least 5 years of experience in JDE Advanced Warehouse, covering: Cubing, Slotting, Direct Put-Away, Picking Paths, and warehouse optimization strategies.

• High proficiency in process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process modeling.

• Proven experience in providing systematic and analytical reviews for leadership.

• Background in coordinating technology projects, managing vendors, and facilitating internal communication.

• Experience with JDE Orchestrator is preferred.

• Familiarity with designing and delivering technical training programs is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to interpret data and suggest system enhancements is preferred.
