Senior Business Analyst, International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the primary point of contact within the Internationalization Team, concentrating on data and analytics for our emerging marketplaces.

• You develop analyses and Tableau dashboards—ranging from strategic to operational—and generate specific actionable recommendations for Country Management and business units.

• You handle data and analysis requests, construct topic-specific datasets in Google BigQuery, while keeping our core KPIs in focus.

• You assist in the formulation of business cases for international projects and proactively offer your own suggestions.

• You identify opportunities for automation in analysis and reporting procedures, implementing initial automations using tools like n8n in collaboration with our Center of Excellence for Automation.

• You purposefully leverage AI tools and LLMs to enhance your efficiency (for instance, in data preparation, research, or developing initial prototypes of AI-supported workflows).

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a university degree and substantial professional experience as an Insights, Business, or Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or online marketplace settings.

• You are adept with data, have strong analytical capabilities, and pay close attention to detail.

• You have excellent knowledge of SQL and a visualization tool (preferably Tableau).

• You have some experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, along with a basic understanding of APIs and data formats like JSON and REST.

• You are familiar with basic scripting in Python or JavaScript, or are eager to enhance your skills in this area.

• You regularly employ AI tools and LLMs in your daily tasks and comprehend how prompting and AI agents can be utilized in business contexts.

• You possess exceptional English skills (C1) and good German skills (at least B2/C1).
