Senior Business Analyst, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary connection between business experts and technical teams.

• Establish and communicate product objectives, scope, and limitations.

• Assist in prioritizing the backlog, and develop user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Evaluate, model, and enhance business processes.

• Create and implement regression testing strategies.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide clear updates.

• Promote best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Mentor and guide other Business Analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex settings.

• Strong comprehension of business contexts and the ability to convert them into technical specifications.

• Experience within the Insurance sector.

• Proven track record of working in Agile environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of databases with practical experience in SQL/MySQL.

• Solid grasp of SDLC and process modeling methodologies.

• Advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Regular engagement with AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

• Capacity to use AI tools responsibly and critically assess their outputs.
