Senior Business Analyst – Digital Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Assist in prioritizing the backlog based on impact and business value.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and digital products.

• Support functional testing and validation processes of solutions.

• Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.

• Experience in digital projects using agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).

• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.

• High analytical capability and a focus on solving complex problems.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical profiles.

• Experience working with software development teams.
