
Senior Business Analyst – Customer Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Evaluate the overall performance of the acquisition funnel, from impressions to clicks, conversions, and activation.
• Track and analyze campaign performance across various channels including paid search, paid social, display, and affiliates.
• Detect trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancing efficiency, focusing on CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Generate insights to refine audience targeting, segmentation, and channel strategy.
• Assess and propose enhancements for creative content, messaging, and landing page effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
• Create models and analyses to gain insights into customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and payback periods.
• Assist in forecasting and scenario planning for growth in acquisition.
• Identify high-value customer segments and avenues for efficient scaling.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reporting systems for tracking acquisition KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing platforms and internal systems.
• Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with BGX performance marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure alignment on goals and metrics.
• Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to enhance data pipelines and tracking mechanisms.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Strong expertise in data analysis tools and experience handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and attribution tools.
• Experience in cohort analysis and segmentation techniques.
• Ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance the speed, quality, and impact of work.
• Preferred experience in fintech, payments, banking, or lending sectors.
• Proficiency in customer experience mapping.
• Background in process engineering frameworks such as LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.
