Senior Business Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enable financial modeling and data-driven strategic decision-making throughout ERMCO.

• Work collaboratively across operations, sales, quality, safety, human resources, IT, and engineering to generate insights essential for decision-making.

• Gain significant exposure to senior leadership, directly influencing ERMCO’s Mergers & Acquisitions goals and aiding leadership decisions.

• Conduct financial analysis and support corporate development initiatives.

• Engage in the creation of 5-year Long Range P&L Forecasts, which include Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

• Develop comprehensive joint venture and partnership models.

• Create internal project-level Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) models.

• Design, develop, and sustain automated systems, reports, and dashboards.

• Lead cross-functional reporting efforts and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related area).

• Over 3 years of experience in Financial Modeling, including DCF, acquisition valuations, LBO, JV Modeling, project NPV/IRR, business casing, and sensitivity analysis, along with due diligence support.

• More than 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar quantitative roles.

• At least 3 years of experience conducting data analysis in Microsoft Excel, utilizing various functions.

• Proficient knowledge and direct experience with business intelligence reporting tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI, DAX/Power Query, and Data Modeling.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL, including familiarity with relational databases and query tools.

• Background in strategy consulting, financial analysis, or business intelligence analysis.
