Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements and create user-friendly solutions that address genuine challenges while enhancing system delivery across call management platforms.

• Utilize AI tools (such as copilots, ChatGPT, etc.) on a daily basis to expedite requirements gathering, validate designs, and document processes.

• Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to establish clear acceptance criteria, validate designs, and guarantee high-quality outputs.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement by pinpointing optimization opportunities, refining workflows, and adapting systems to meet evolving business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in business analysis, showcasing the ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and integrate information from various teams into unified solutions.

• Familiarity with customer support systems (CSR) or call center environments.

• Practical, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) as part of your daily activities.

• Strong logical reasoning, curiosity, and investigative skills.

• Excellent communication abilities across both technical and business areas, experience with agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of Web/API services and system integrations.

• Knowledge of SQL databases and capability to collaborate with data analysts for requirement validation (preferred).
